DIRECTIONS

1. Toss the spinach, apples, pecans, feta and cranberries in a large bowl.

2. Combine all the dressing ingredients in a smaller bowl and blend them until they are smooth.

3. Drizzle your desired amount of dressing over the salad and toss it to coat. Serve your dish immediately after assembly.
