1. Before assembling the lettuce, place all the ingredients for the dressing into a blender.

2. Blend them for 20 to 30 seconds or until they are well combined.

3. Set the dressing aside.

4. Place the flour, eggs and pecans in three separate bowls.

5. Pat the chicken breasts dry before dipping them one by one into the flour, eggs and pecans.

6. Put the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet and cook them in a 375-degree Fahrenheit oven for 20 minutes.

7. While the chicken is cooking, combine the lettuce, apples, cranberries, bacon and raisins, and toss them with the vinaigrette.

8. Place the chicken on top of the lettuce once it finishes cooking.

9. Serve immediately to savor your meal at maximum freshness.
