Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Bacon, Cranberries and Pecans in White Bowl

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. On the stove, cook the bacon lightly in a pan — remove before crispy. Set aside.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the vinegar, oil, honey, seasoning and crushed garlic. Now, add the brussels sprouts and bacon. Toss to combine and allow it to marinate for a few minutes.

3. Line a baking sheet and add the marinated brussels sprouts mix. Bake for about 20 minutes, then add the pecans and dried cranberries and stir to coat with the sticky marinade. Return to the oven for another 5 to 10 minutes.

4. Remove the dish from the oven and season to taste. Shave fresh parmesan over it to complete the tasty meal.
