Pecan Crusted Cream Cheese Ball with Peppers and Crackers

DIRECTIONS

1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, garlic, onion, and (optional) sauce.

2. Use an electric hand mixer to mix until well incorporated (you can do this by hand if you wish).

3. Roll the cheese mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap.

4. Refrigerate for at least an hour.

5. About 30 minutes before serving, roll the cheese ball in crushed pecans and press gently so they stick.

6. Serve with crackers, bread, and/or sliced veggies.
